By accessing or using Family Super App ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Family Super App is a family organization platform that allows you to manage calendars, lists, recipes, and family communication in one place. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental consent

Account Responsibilities

• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent our policies

• Invite immediate family members to join your family group
• Create and share content appropriate for a family audience

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our permission

Content and Data

• You retain ownership of all content you create (events, lists, recipes, notes)
• You grant us a license to store, display, and transmit your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
• You may delete your content at any time

Our Content

• The Family Super App software, design, and features are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

Subscription and Payments

• Family Super App is currently provided free of charge

Service Availability

Uptime

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability

• We strive to preserve and protect your data but cannot guarantee against all possible data loss
• Data backup and recovery procedures are part of our ongoing development roadmap
• You are encouraged to keep your own records of important information

Limitation of Liability

Termination

By You

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may terminate the Service with 30 days' notice

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
